Battery Life Enhancement Systems

A Lead-Acid Battery is an Electro-Chemical Device that uses Lead Oxide on Positive Plate and sponge lead on negative plates immersed in Sulfuric Acid. It stores chemical energy, which can be released as electrical energy.

During the discharge cycle, Crystalline Lead Sulphate is generated which get collected on the battery plates. This process is called Sulphation.

 

This causes failure of the batteries in use OR Brand New Batteries, which remain unsold OR Uninstalled.

The Battery Enhancement Systems are electronic device, which employs Pulse Technology to eliminate Suphation and thereby increasing the working life of the Lead-Acid Batteries. So these devices are also called De-Sulphating equipment.

These systems also help to revive old / discarded Batteries after conducting a few charge/discharge cycles with this device installed across the batteries. The batteries revived back can then be put to work with the Desulphating unit intact.

These units are available in Commercial Model (6V / 12V) as well as Industrial Model (48V) with different Ampere-Hour capacities.
